A few years ago, many people swear by it and the cake burger with horseradish. Since I am about to seriously low-carb again dug up the recipe for anyone who might be interested. It was named because he is the one who is in the fall of a pound over night slowly makes. Let's see ....

Hamburger Pie (Pie Whoosh)

2 pounds ground meat (lean)
1 until 8 ounces package cream cheese
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
2 teaspoons horseradish
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
dehydrated onions to taste

Hamburg is divided into 2 large pies.
With salt and pepper, 1 Place in the first round of Patty Pan
Combine the remaining ingredients and bring more Patty
then top with 2nd Patty and seal edges by pinching together.
Patty season. Bake 350 55 min

Pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (Evoo)
3 turnips, peeled and chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped

1. Place potatoes in large pot with cold water and bring to a boil. Salt water, reduce heat and let simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, then mash with milk until smooth. Add the egg and horseradish and season with salt and pepper.

2. In a large deep pan, heat Evoo, 2 turns of the pan over medium heat. Add parsnips, carrots, onions and bay leaf, salt and pepper and cook, stirring, until soft and fresh, 8 to 10 minutes.

3. Crumble beef into the pan and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Dust with flour and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add beef broth and cook, oruntil thick, 1 to 2 minutes. Season with Worcestershire sauce and plenty of salt and pepper. Discard bay leaf.

4. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease shallow, medium saucepan, add meat mixture and top with potatoes and horseradish. Bake until they are golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle chives on top.

Simple version:

1 can mixed vegetables
1 cup salsa
